Our Story

2004

Harbor View Custom Cabinets was established in Mooresville, NC to serve the Charlotte area. Services included full build and installation.

2007

Cabinet Joint was founded as an online store to bring RTA cabinetry to the DIY market all across the United States.

2010

Following the interest in Cabinet Joint’s offerings, the business model transitioned from bricks-and-mortar to the online storefront.

2013

First employees hired! Jim Barton and Brian Fleming joined Brian Long to form our original team. CJ’s first how-to videos were introduced on YouTube to help customers build their own top-tier cabinets.

2014

A new Cabinet Joint logo was introduced to pair with dramatic online growth. The logo has set the scene for an online community that grows and inspires each other daily!

2018

Cabinet Joint’s biggest batch of new hires joined the family and toured Conestoga’s facilities.

Cabinet Joint’s ‘Big Why‘ was introduced, channeling the company’s revenue into causes that are near to the hearts of our team.

Our first ever General Manager was hired to “steer the ship” and position Cabinet Joint for sustained growth.

The Shop at Rock Creek was established to provide assembly services for customers local to the Gettysburg, PA area.

New ownership! Nick and Kama Bisaccia became Cabinet Joint’s new owners.
